• Event: WinterBash Regatta

• Boat Type: Optimist (Opti) Charter

• Charter Includes: Fully rigged race-ready Opti, dolly, top cover

• Limited availability – first come, first served

By accepting the use of the chartered Optimist dinghy for the WinterBash Regatta, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Condition: The boat must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided.

2. Responsibility: You are responsible for the care of the boat and all equipment included in the charter.

3. Damage or Loss: Any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear will be assessed by our team, and you may be billed for repair or replacement accordingly.

4. Inspection: Boats will be inspected before and after the event. We recommend you perform a pre-use inspection and notify us of any pre-existing issues before sailing.
