0436 Friday] FORECAST FOR MORETON BAY A strong wind warning has been issued. Friday until midnight: W/SW winds at 25/30 knots. Seas rising to 1.6 metres. Saturday: SW winds at 10/15 knots at first increasing to 20/25 knots by late morning. Winds easing to 15/20 knots in the afternoon and further to 10/15 knots in the afternoon. Seas from 0.7 to 1.3 to 0.7 metres. Sunday: SW winds at 5/10 knots at first tending S'ly at 10/15 knots by late morning and SE at 10/15 knots in the afternoon.

Welcome to Humpybong Yacht Club

Located on the shores of Bramble Bay at the southern end of the Redcliffe Penisula, Humpybong Yacht Club caters for all levels of sailors in a freindly, family focused atmosphere. The club welcomes fun and racing sailors, geriatrics through to juniors, raw beginners, novices and experts.

We run a variety of events, mostly on Sundays. Sailing can easily be watched from the clubhouse or Woody Point Jetty. There is a grassed rigging area next to the boat ramp: Launching can be achieved by hand, vehicle or with the aid of the club tractor. Nearby Pelican Park boat ramp is recommended for larger craft.

Organisations or class associations wishing to sponsor or hold sailing events and regattas are welcome to appraoach the club at any time. The club has excellent facilities, equipment and experienced organisers with State, National International Regatta experience.
