Entry is open to all sailors who are financial members of a State or National International Optimist Dinghy Association and members of a club affiliated with Australia Sailing or another World Sailing Member National Authority. 16.3 The Protest Time Limit shall be sixty (60) minutes after the last boat has finished the last race of the day, or the Race Committee signals no more racing today, whichever is later, for each division.
