Saturday: Wind: N/NE 10/15 knots very early morning, increasing to 15/20 knots by late morning and reaching 20/25 knots at times in the evening. Sea: 0.7 rising to 1.2 metres. Isolated showers. Sunday: Wind: N/NW 10/15 knots. Monday: Wind: SW/S 5/10 knots.

There will be NO SAILING AT HYC in the event of a STRONG WIND WARNING being issued for MORETON BAY on the morning of the race

Club Events

Morning briefing- 1015
First Race Starts 1100

Race Duration is approximatly 45- 60 minutes

Seperate Divisions consisting of Large beach catamarans, Small beach catamarans, Large beach dinghies, Small beach dinghies, and any other group who would like to compete e.g. trailer sailors, classic boats, etc.

Location

Sailing will take place on the waters at the southern end of the Redcliffe Peninsula. The club house is located on the Cnr Hornibrook Esplanade and Oxley Av, near the Woody Point Jetty.

Visitors

Sailors are welcome to participate in all club events. Sailors who are not financial members of any Queensland club, are required to join after three visits.
